Whilst the internet is awash with endless motivational quotes, it has become a ritual of mine to save my favourites on a Pinterest board and write one for each week of my agenda. It is such a simple habit, which has grown into a yearly task that I await with eager anticipation.
I choose 52 of my, funniest, most heart warming quotes and scatter them across each week of my diary. Last year, I did this task too and it was very interesting to see the year unfold, sometimes relating so well to the quotes I had chosen so many months back at the beginning of the year.
This easy and fun task is a great way to supercharge the new year and it allows you to take control of your thoughts, allow positivity to flourish and set good intentions for the year to come. Think of it as a form of creative law of attraction.

La Internet está inundado de un sinfín de frases motivacionales. Para mi, se ha convertido en un ritual mío guardar mis favoritos en una tabla de Pinterest y escribir una para cada semana de mi agenda. Es un hábito tan simple, que se ha convertido en una tarea anual que espero con ansiosa anticipación.
Elijo 52 de mis frases más divertidas, más reconfortantes y las distribuyo en cada semana de mi agenda. El año pasado, hice esta tarea también y fue muy interesante ver el año desplegarse, a veces tan bien relacionado con las frases que había elegido tantos meses atrás.
Esta tarea fácil y divertida es una excelente manera de potenciar el año nuevo y te permite controlar tus pensamientos, permitir que florezca la positividad y establecer buenas intenciones para el próximo año. Piénselo como una forma de "ley de atracción" creativa.
