Increasingly, I have noticed my own tribe developing around me and, the feeling is wonderful. Over the past year, my friendships have evolved leaps and bounds due to changing countries, jobs, languages and a whole bounty of reasons. Some people who are now my nearest and dearest, were perfect strangers last year and the hardcore crew still remains. The feeling of going to your favourite bar on a whim and being met by a group of people who are excited to see you and are dedicated to making you feel good - that feeling is priceless. And rare! That's why I urge you to find your tribe.
Here some easy steps to helping you discover your tribe...
Your Tribe Doesn't Judge
Whatever obscure trend you are currently channelling, embarrassing song you play on repeat or dating mishap that may occur; your tribe doesn't judge. True friends will be by your side no matter what.
Your Tribe Tells It Straight
You can always count on your tribe to tell you the truth. If you look like you need more sleep, if you are being too selfish, got something in your teeth or the clothes you are wearing just wash you out completely - your tribe will give you the honest feedback you can rely on.
Your Tribe Represents
Okay, so maybe a 3 hour piano recital is not their idea of a wild night but when you need their support and encouragement, they will be in the first row, cheering your name whatever the occasion may be.
Your Tribe Loves Deeply
No more fake friends! Your tribe all have hearts deeper than the Atlantic Ocean and they are willing to share them with you. Your tribe want the best for you, will be around for those 3am phone calls and are able to empathise with your complicated array of emotions.

Cada vez más, he notado que mi propia tribu se está desarrollando a mi alrededor y la sensación es maravillosa. Durante el año pasado, mis amistades han evolucionado a pasos agigantados debido a cambios que he hecho en mi vida personal y toda una abundancia de razones. Algunas personas que ahora son las más cercanas y queridas, fueron perfectos desconocidos el año pasado y alugunas de mis mejores amigos aún permanecen. La sensación de ir a tu bar favorito sin planes y encontrarse con un grupo de personas que están emocionadas de verte y están dedicadas a hacerte sentir bien; ese sentimiento no tiene precio. ¡Y es raro! Es por eso que te insto a que encuentres tu tribu.

Cualquier tendencia oscura que estés canalizando en este momento, la canción chunga que reproduces en repetición o tu vida amorosa no existente ; tu tribu no juzga. Los verdaderos amigos estarán a tu lado pase lo que pase.
Tu tribu lo dice la verdad
Siempre puedes contar con tu tribu para decirte la verdad. Si parece que necesitas dormir más, si eres demasiado egoísta, tienes algo con los dientes o la ropa que llevas puesta no te queda bien: tu tribu te dará los comentarios honestos en los que puedes confiar.

Bueno, quizás un recital de piano de 3 horas no sea su idea de una noche divertida, pero cuando necesites su apoyo, estarán en la primera fila sea cual sea la ocasión.
