Last night, hoards of people flocked to the old Clarks and Nicholls building in Shoreditch for the London College of Fashion BA15 catwalk show. This years graduates showcased 20 collections, which all varied in their style and creative approach.
Catherine Wang's collection with its bold bright colours, experimented with texture. She used smooth undulating forms juxtaposed with sharp, dramatic sticks which shot out from the sides of the garments to create a sense of contrast.
Dan He, on the other hand, displayed an Asian inspired collection with a neutral colour palette of beige and cream. His garments had a free flowing form which was occasionally interrupted by sharp lines or a geometric 3D shape.
The whole show was an incredible showcase of this year's talented designers and it is clear to see that these students hold so much promise and potential.
