London based band, Bastille have been producing music since 2010 but it is only recently that the have appeared on people's radars. Whilst waiting for the winner to be declared at this year's Fashion Fringe show, Bastille entertained the audience with a mix of indie pop songs infused with an electro edge. This combination may sound strange but when you listen to their music, especially their new song Flaws, you will be instantly hooked. I left to show humming the tune to Flaws and have been ever since. Their sound is infectious and I cannot wait to see what more this band has to offer.
Today Bastille comprises of four members but that has not always been the case. Until recently, Bastille was another name for Dan Smith, the lead singer of the band who used to compose beautiful melodies and perform them alone. Now the band has performed at Glastonbury, Isle of White and Blissfields and there really is no stopping them.
