Graduate Survival Kit...

Now that the graduate shows are over and the graduates are no longer graduates but actually fully qualified designers, it is their time to face the big bad world and cause a stir. As Katrina Ferrari says, you have to "believe it is your year" and then you are capable of anything and as far as we can see, it seems to have worked for her. However, it is always nice to feel that you have a safety net to fall back on when times get tough, so this is why I have compiled a collection of a few of my favourite things that I think would be the perfect survival kit for the newly graduated designer or just a designer desiring some extra inspiration.
Keep up to date with the current magazines

Be inspired by other designer's work

  1. I totally agree with all of these things, especially staying organised with a diary and keeping up to date with current magazines!
