Today, Farnham Maltings held their first ever vintage festival, inviting stall holders from across the United Kingdom to display their wares to the flocks of people who came from far and wide to see this amazing spectacle of all things vintage.
In my previous post about this event, I boasted about all the wonderful activities you could take part in during the day along with the myriad of stalls presenting their vintage treasures for the world to buy...and I have to say it was not a disappointment in any way. The range of stalls was amazing, ranging across all the different eras, including modern day items styled in a vintage fashion, there was something for everyone at this festival.
Not only could you buy vintage, you could also see people at the festival wearing vintage in the crowds but also in the fashion show. What really was fabulous was the number of vintage cars in the car park and it just proved that people are willing to make the effort for something worthwhile. This certainly was worthwhile and certainly faultless...it proved to be a fun filled day, packed with bargain hunting, theatrical vintage enthusiasts, amazing vintage clothing and delicious food. I am so excited still about this event and it has already taken place...I will definitely be queuing up for tickets for next years event.
In the meantime, here are some of the photos I took today...Keep checking back for more:
